Oil Cooled Rectifiers

Microminus rectifiers are designed for 415 volt,3-Phase,50Hz,a.c.input Supply With D.C.out put Variable With Dimmerstate from 0 to maximum rating of o/p voltage/Current. The three Phase oil Cooled rectifiers are preferred for more Then 250 ampere capacity. The unit Will be Provided With double wound Transformer, Dimmerstate, Diode assembly, shunt, Analog/Digital Meters of the standard grade.

The unit will be fully immersed in to oil tank filled with transformer oil. Castor wheel is provided to move the entire unit easily.

Naural Air Cooled Rectifiers

Model no : MIC3-ac

The unit will be same as oil colled rectifier but cooling type will natural/forced air( Fan )colled.

  • 8 Volt : Acid Copper, Nickle, Tin, Zinc, Silver, Gold, Rodium
  • 12 Volt :Nickle Chrome, Cynide zinc Barrel, Cynide Copper
  • 16 volt :Hard Chrome
  • 24 volt :Bright Anodizing
  • 60 volt :Semi Hard Anodising
  • 80 volt :Laquer Process
  • 100 volt :Hard Anodising

Advantages & Disadvantages of oilcolled rectifiers over air cooled rectifiers .

  • 1 Oil cooled Rectifiers are oil immersed so least chance of corrosion in the highly corrosive electroplating plant.
  • 2 Radiator Systems are provided in the oil cooled rectifier will provide better coolig to the transformer Dimmerstate,    diode & Heatsinks that will enhance improvement in reliability(Less Maintanance) & efficiency of rectifier.
  • 3 Cost of oil will increase cost of the unit to some extent.
